  • Airport Transfers: Refunds for airport transfer bookings are available under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your airport transfer booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation by MaTransfer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your airport transfer booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  • Tours: Refunds for tour bookings are available under the following conditions:
  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your tour booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation by MaTransfer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund.

Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us at contact@matransfer.com with your booking details.

  • No-Shows: Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours (airport transfers) or 48 hours (tours) before the scheduled start time.
